The Village is a community of caregivers at The Walt Disney Company focused on providing resources and support. The group raises awareness of the unique challenges caregivers face, particularly during the pandemic while working from home with children. I volunteered to help develop the organization’s voice and branding.

For the logo, I drew inspiration from the Animation Building, incorporating houses to symbolize community. The color palette represents the diversity of caregivers, including biological, adoptive, and stepparents, as well as those caring for children with disabilities.
